Each mystical traveler during their mystical journey would regularly feel the spiritual contraction and openness, which is a state of fear and hope. However, if he always undergoes the contraction he would get sick of hopelessness at the mercy of God. Furthermore, if his openness lasts a long time he would begin to feel proud.
